VALVE PROJECTS
Using the most sophisticated test equipment available, we can offer a comprehensive testing and calibration service to our customers.
Our computerized test centers have testing capability of 200 barg air/nitrogen and hydrostatic test pressures of up to 600 barg.
This covers all safety valves up to 200 barg, all control valves up to 12" and all gate, globe and check valves up to 24': This includes flanged, screwed and butt weld.
All our test equipment is controlled under the ISO 9002 management system and is independently calibrated every six months by an independent calibration agency.
All testing is carried out in accordance with International Test Standards and all test results are recorded in our comprehensive database.
METERING PROJECTS
Our metering technicians have the smartest knowledge and experience in the industrial and commercial metering domains.
Our services offer the best technology, smoothest customer experience from initial contact to complete installation regardless of the size of asset, whether this be a small diaphragm metering installation or a far more complex high pressure turbine installation.

BOILER PROJECTS
Inspection and overhauling of WHRBs, Boilers, Deaerators, NG system and Aux.
Mobilization of required skilled manpower, tools/non-spark tools, tested and & certified rigging tools, lifting frame, lapping machines & special tools etc. to client, Jebel Ali power station in advance and after getting confirmation from our client.
No major repair works are anticipated in this scope; however, the contractor shall do any minor repair. ​
Air preheater inspection can be done by the contractor if they have the previous experience or Contractor may mobilize third party who have the experience in APH overhauling. The third party shall be approved by our client prior to start of work. All detail drawings related this work shall be provided by our client.
